Refund Policy

Effective 2 November 2026

PostWide is provided by DevMod LLC, and we want nobody to pay for something they did not want. This policy explains when you get a refund and how to ask for one.

1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged until the trial ends and you choose a paid plan. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged anything.

2. How billing works

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record. Paddle issues your invoice and handles taxes. The price shown at checkout is the price you are charged, plus any applicable taxes.

3. Your first charge

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first charge. You do not need to give a reason. The refund covers everything you have paid up to then, including a plan change charged within those 14 days.

A refund of your first charge ends your subscription, and your access ends straight away. That is the same however you ask for it: from the Billing page in the app, by email or through your Paddle receipt.

4. Renewals and later charges

Charges made after those 14 days, such as renewals and later plan changes, are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

You can cancel at any time in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.

If you believe a charge was made in error, for example a renewal after you cancelled, tell us within 14 days of the charge. We will look into it and refund any charge made in error.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live, including any right to cancel a contract made at a distance. It adds to those rights and does not replace them.

6. How to ask for a refund

Within 14 days of your first charge, the organization owner can ask for the refund from the Billing page in the app.

You can also email eilon@devmod.co with the email address of your account and the invoice number or the date of the charge, or use the link in your receipt from Paddle.

Paddle issues approved refunds to the original payment method. The money normally arrives within 5 to 10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We announce material changes as described in our Terms of Use. The date at the top shows the latest version.
