Terms of Use

Effective 27 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and PostWide. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use PostWide for a company or agency, you confirm you can bind it.

1. The service

PostWide is a tool for scheduling and publishing your own content to social networks, provided by Eilon Udi, a sole proprietor, operating PostWide (“we”, “us”). PostWide is in early access: features, limits and pricing may change as it develops.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including by teammates you invite and API keys you create.

Agencies and creators who manage accounts for clients must have the client’s authority to connect and post to those accounts.

3. Connected networks

PostWide works through the official interfaces of third-party networks such as Instagram, Facebook and X. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. You must follow each network’s own terms and policies, and you remain responsible for what you publish there.

Networks can change or restrict their interfaces, rules, limits or your access at any time. We will try to adapt, but we cannot guarantee that every post is accepted or every feature remains available on every network.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or schedule. You give us a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, resize, transmit and publish it solely to provide the service to you, and to keep it for the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload and publish your content and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights or break the law. You are responsible for your content and for any permissions, disclosures (such as sponsored-content labels) and consents it needs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content, or content that violates a connected network’s rules;
  • send spam, run fake-engagement or coordinated inauthentic activity, or evade a network’s limits;
  • connect accounts you are not authorised to manage;
  • probe, attack, overload or reverse engineer the service, or access another customer’s data;
  • resell or share your account in a way that bypasses plan limits, or use the service to build a competing product.

We may remove content, suspend publishing or restrict an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.

6. Trial, plans and payment

New accounts start with a 14-day trial. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices shown at checkout are what you pay, plus any applicable taxes.

Payments are processed by Paddle, which is the merchant of record and sells the subscription to you under its own terms. Paddle also handles invoices, taxes and refunds.

You can cancel at any time in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.

If you are charged for the first time and are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that first charge. Otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days’ notice. The change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

7. Copyright complaints

If you believe content published or stored through PostWide infringes your copyright, email eilon@devmod.co with the work, where the content is, your contact details and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We may remove or disable the content and tell the account holder, and we may end the accounts of repeat infringers. Because we publish to third-party networks, you may also need to report the post to that network directly.

8. Optional AI features

AI output can be wrong, inaccurate or similar to other output. You must review everything before it is published, and you are responsible for it as your own content.

9. Availability and delivery

We work hard to publish on time and to tell you when something fails, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or that any post will be published at a precise moment. Delivery depends on third-party networks and infrastructure outside our control. Keep your own copy of anything important, and check scheduled posts that matter.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using PostWide and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if required by law or a network, if you do not pay, or for abuse that risks others. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

After deletion your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

11. Our rights

PostWide, its software, design and branding belong to us. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the actions of social networks, including removed posts, restricted or suspended accounts, or changed reach.

13. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, audience, goodwill or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights.

14. Indemnity

If you are using PostWide for business, you will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the service in breach of these terms, or content you publish to a network.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the app. If you keep using PostWide after the change takes effect, you accept it; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
